EUCA Student Travel Support Program
EUCA Student Travel Support Program
The EUCA Student Travel Support Program is meant to enable high performing students with financial needs, to attend the European Control Conference 2019 (ECC19), present their paper(s) and become more integrated into the scientific community.
Funds from European Control Association (EUCA) will be used to cover student registration and accommodation at a hotel.
The maximum level of support per student is determined on a per-conference basis by EUCA and the ECC organizers. It covers the student registration and 3-4 hotel nights at a hotel of the organizers’ choice. The registration as well as the conference hotel will be paid directly by the organizers. Travel to the conference location is not covered.
Submission deadline: Monday, February 25, 2019
Eligibility and requirements
In order to be eligible, an applicant must:
- be an author of (at least) one paper accepted for presentation at ECC19;
- present at least one of the accepted papers;
- be a student (PhD, Master or Bachelor student) at an academic institution.
