The Registration and Information Desk will be located at the Hotel Royal Continental (Continental building, ground floor), just outside the Auditorium (room C-0-Auditorium).
Please collect your Conference bag and name badge on arrival. The name badge stands for a pass in all conference sessions, coffee breaks and the welcome cocktail reception.

How to register
All who wish to attend the conference must register and pay the registration fees via the conference registration page (https://ecc19.eu/shop/).
Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the paper co-authors. The registration fee must be paid within the deadline for final upload of accepted papers. Papers with none of the authors which is registered will not be included in the conference program.
For all other participants, it is suggested to complete the regular registration within May 31st.

Full registrations include: 1 conference bag with proceedings, 1 banquet ticket, 2 daily coffee breaks, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the farewell reception, up to 2 papers uploads (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost).
Student registrations include: 1 conference bag with proceedings, 2 daily coffee breaks, 1 ticket for the welcome reception, 1 ticket for the farewell, up to 1 paper upload (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper; 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost). The student registration does not include any banquet ticket. Proof of student status is required during the registration process.
Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the paper co-authors. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final upload of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.
Each full registration allows to upload 2 final papers maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper. The registrant must be an author of all the papers associated to their registration.
Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible at an extra cost of €200 per paper. Each extra upload has to fulfill all requirements of a regular upload.
The final paper length is limited to 6 pages. A maximum of up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages per paper) is allowed. Extra pages require the payment of over-length page fees at a cost of €100 for each extra page.
Extra banquet tickets
The maximum capacity for the banquet has been reached. Extra banquet tickets are no more available.
Extra banquet tickets can be requested at an extra cost of €100/person via the online registration system or onsite. Extra banquet tickets are subject to availability.
Pre-conference Workshop registration
Workshops will be held at the conference venue on June 25th, 2019, the day before the official opening of the conference. Advanced registration for pre-conference workshops can be done online via the conference registration system. Please note that workshops are: (a) subject to cancellation for lack of registrants, and (b) allow a maximum number of participants. The costs of attending a pre-conference workshop are: €100 for each full registrant; €60 for each student registrant.
Conference registration is a prerequisite for registering at a pre-conference workshop.
Invitation letters for visa or other uses
All authors of accepted papers will have the option to request an invitation letter via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Invitation letter request NAME SURNAME”. The invitation letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. Please note that only conference registrants will be issued the standard invitation letter. We regret that we are unable to provide customized letters.
Cancellations and refunds
After uploading a final paper no refund of the corresponding registration fee is possible.
Cancellation and refund of registration fees that do not correspond to final paper uploads are possible. Requests must be made via email at email@example.com with the subject “Cancellation ECC19 NAME SURNAME” until May 10, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date.
Cancellations are subject to a €100 administrative fee.
Transferring a registration is possible. A student can transfer her/his registration only to another student. Please contact the secretariat via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
